Following the completion of any Statutory Inspection, a Repairs Required Report is produced giving detailed information on each plant item that was found to have any fault or requires minor modification / repair / major repair on the day of the inspection. This report can also be provided via email to the relevant personnel and is available for downloading 24/7 through our encrypted data portal CLASS Online.
The repairs to any plant item can be categorised accordingly, from the decision by the maintenance team whether they will carry out the work themselves or whether they will contract the work to a third party. On request, LHS will provide a quotation to carry out the repairs required, and will provide a comprehensive breakdown of the parts and labour require to complete the necessary repair.
Once the repairs have been carried out, the plant item(s) which have been repaired is again re-inspected and passed on our CLASS inspection system. Our client will then be issued with an updated report on same. All repair information and full history is also available through CLASS online data portal.
